“The attention to detail even goes beyond what you can merely see. During our final walkthrough we made a request that required the carpet in our 2nd floor bonus room to be temporarily ripped up. With the carpet ripped up, we had a chance to see that they actually installed moisture barrier under the carpet. At this point, we were just beyond impressed.
